We had one of those "can't complain" days yesterday - it did end with Matthew throwing up in the car after dinner...but I "still" can't really complain. It was as benign as possible and didn't damage anything (it actually was a blessing as we found out his car seat was broken when we went to clean it!) and he seems perfectly fine today. So we can't complain.
We enjoyed a thoroughly fun & relaxing afternoon outside; it also happened to be Grandpa & Grandma's last day in Florida before returning to NJ. Life is good.
We relaxed outside with bubbles, sidewalk chalk, digging in the sandbox and joyful playing in general. Beautiful sunshiny day. Reclining in the shade. Listened to the trickling waterfall in the pond. Enjoyed the smell of jasmine & lemon blossoms. Smiled at the sound of laughing children. Life is good. It is good to know there is even room in a "good" day for vomit.
