Hey, what do I do if my pond actually gets finished? Change the name of my blog?? LOL.
I won't even repeat the date dh said it would be done. That date either gets a huge laugh or a "whoa...really??" response.
But there is progress. You'd be surprise how much work this has been the past 2 weeks. Don had to take down the stone/waterfall base he'd built. He had to extend the built-in pump/equipment area he'd built underneath/behind the waterfall area. He had to lay down an additional liner to protect against leaks on the waterfall areas (there will be 3). He then put in new plumbing and put the stone back on (plus some additional) to build out the waterfall areas. He had the help of his posse, fortunately, but it was a lot of work.
The wall being "rebuilt"
The new wall/seat
The pond being "un-done"...dismantled
Another picture of being dismantled
New liner on upper area
pump/equipment area before
pump/equipment area after
After stone put back on & built up...this is how it looked last night
The ladder is out of there now but he still needs another pallet of stone which will arrive tomorrow. But this IS progress.
